Terms and Conditions
Orders received before 5pm (weekdays) will be packaged and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 5pm will ship on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to enjoy your new deodorant, but if you change your mind you can return it to us in it’s original, resalable condition. For reasons of hygiene, your item must remain unopened and unused or we will not be able to offer you a refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, or to report a faulty product, you should first send us an email.
You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part. If you need to make an exchange just send us an email.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please confirm your cancellation in writing to us via email. You may have to return the goods to us as we aim to despatch items the following working day in most cases.
Returning an item from a cancelled order, which has already been despatched, is at the cost of the purchaser.
We refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days.
